Hitha Naturals believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Please read the points below for clarity:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order. However, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • In case of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product. The request will be processed after verification.
  • Exchange and Replacement delivery timeframe will be 5 – 10 Working Days.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, inform our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. The team will review and take an appropriate decision.
  • For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for support.
  • In case a refund is approved by Hitha Naturals, it will take 1–2 days for the amount to be credited to the customer.
  • We do not provide any return once the product is delivered.
